- No analytics or tracking cookies on this site. The site sets no cookies at all.
- We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
- We do not send marketing to consumers without consent.
Where it goes
This website is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure; form submissions and email pass through Cloudflare and our email provider before reaching us. Quotes, invoices and job records live in our business systems. We do not transfer your data outside the UK except through those hosting providers, which operate under standard safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere: deleted within 12 months. Quotes and job records: kept 6 years after the job, because tax law makes us. Job photographs are of premises, not people; if a person appears identifiably in one, we do not publish it without their consent.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [email protected] and we will respond within a month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
